More from Terri and Al’s Wedding in Antigua
One of the great things about shooting a destination wedding (besides the free food and rum punch) is that you really get to know the couple and their families. I can honestly say Terri and Al and their families are nuts but that is a good thing because so are mine. This couple were a blast to work with and Terri was so open to go anywhere to get great photos and I am sure you can tell by the images below what a difference that makes. I suggested we get off the resort and go into the real Antigua and without hesitation Terri said “Ya, let’s do it” and Al said, “whatever you want Terri” which is always the right answer for a happily married man. Off to town we went and the taxi driver thought I was nuts because I wanted to stop at old burned out buildings little snack carts and old stores. I loved these images and I was so lucky that my roommate Tony agreed to come along and be my assistant and helped make these photos. I am grateful to Terri and Al and hope their family never comes to Toronto and want to stay with me. I am so kidding, I really hope I do run into all of them again soon.

Hi Cliff,
Wow, what can I say, AWESOME, better than I ever could have imagined! I am so blown away by every picture and how you captured the little special moments.
I have to say my favorite one from the TTD shoot at Halfmoon Bay is the one with me no where to be seen except for my hair and Al smiling…
I guess I will have to be forking over some money for therapy for you after spending aweek with our crazy families.( Eric probably did the most damage with his interrogation tactics…)Send me the bill is all I can say!
Thank you so much for loving what you do, it shows in every picture. Heck we love ya…

These photos are amazing! I was really impressed with how easy you were to be around the whole week, putting up with our families:) Some of THEM are really nuts;-) I’m sure it’s more enjoyable to do these weddings when you have such great clients as Terri and Al who are willing to be open to great ideas and willing to basically drown in the waves for a great photo!
You’re a funny man and we really enjoyed any time we were able to spend with you. Thanks for being so patient with Jamie…he made a great friend in you.
I’ve already forwarded your website to a friend of mine who is tabbling in photography. I think your work is absolutely amazing!
Amy
p.s. we’re in town next week, can you put us up?

Okay here’s proof that I visited your site tonight! :D Just got back from the banquet and I’m exhausted! Can’t WAIT to see the pictures that you shot! Esp of the really silly ones and me, pre-made up… gosh, no one should ever see those pictures!
Anyways, I LOVE your Antigua pictures! They look AMAZING!!! And I agree, old buildings are really good to work with because they’re so unique and it really “makes” the picture.
Hope you have a great week and I’ll contact you about lunch soon.
Cheers.
